US Election Horaries, 2016 - Chart 2 - "Will Trump win?"

This next election horary chart is from a fellow astrologer who has studied horary informally.  She is a US citizen and voted for Mrs Clinton.  As results were beginning to look grim on election night, and shocked to think that Trump might actually be winning, she asked, “Will Trump win?”

The chart is set for Nov 8, 2016 at 10:42 pm in Highland Park, IL (Ascendant 14 Leo).

The querent voted for Mrs Clinton and wants her to win, so Mrs Clinton gets the first house and its ruler, the Sun.  Donald Trump, Mrs Clinton’s opponent, gets the seventh house and its ruler, Saturn.  As we know, the Moon is the key to judgment in election contest horaries because it represents the voters.   If the Moon applies to aspect one of the key significators, that candidate wins.  Here the Moon applies to square Saturn, Trump’s significator: Trump will win.  And so he did!

This is quite similar to the first election horary I shared, except that the Moon has no meaningful reception with Trump’s significator in this chart.  The Moon at 3 Pisces is in the face of Saturn, but this is insignificant.

Here’s something else to consider, however.  Note that Pluto is conjunct Trump’s planet, Saturn, by antiscion (15.23 Capricorn/14.37 Sagittarius).  In traditional astrology we view the outer planets as we do the fixed stars, taking their meaning from the associated myths.  Pluto’s the guy who comes from the underworld to grab the pretty girl and carry her home.  Think of Trump’s alleged misconduct with females over the years and his infamous ‘locker-room’ talk (“Grab ‘em by the p****”).  It rather fits, doesn’t it?
